Working for FCA

God is building Team FCA in Broward County. Ministering to athletes and coaches and seeing them come to know Christ is the highlight of the ministry and FCA’s ultimate goal.

Before pursuing employment with FCA, it is FCA’s desire that you have a full understanding of the position you are applying for and the FCA Ministry.

FCA’s intention is to do its best to affirm your calling to this ministry and equip you to succeed. 

FCA’s selection process is designed to help you and FCA determine if you are called to FCA ministry jobs, as well as provide you with all the information you need to make a decision about joining the FCA Ministry.

FCA Volunteer Impact

Types of jobs

Area Director: The Area Director will prayerfully create and sustain the plan to grow the FCA ministry in the assigned geography through Board, Donor and Staff development.  The Area Director is responsible for working with staff and volunteers to fund and manage the finances of the ministry.  As the spiritual leader, guided by God and devoted to Jesus Christ, the Area Director models the FCA values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence in dealing with staff, volunteers, athletes and coaches.

Area Representative: Evangelizes, trains, equips and encourages coaches of sport on the campuses and throughout the communities of an agreed-upon geographic area. Also ensures the effectiveness of the ministry through the development of volunteer leaders. 

Administrative Assistant: Provides clerical support for the FCA field office to accomplish the FCA Mission and Vision.
